Our 2025 Annual Team Meetup at Vattavada: Three Days of Connection, Nature, and Celebration

Our annual team meetup is always something we look forward to, and this year, Vattavada turned out to be the perfect choice. It gave us a much-needed break from routine and a chance to spend quality time together, away from our screens.

On December 11th, the team came together in Ernakulam and started our journey to Vattavada. The road trip was filled with chats, laughter, and catching up.

Once we reached the resort, it was time to relax and unwind. The cool weather, peaceful surroundings, and a cozy campfire made the evening extra special.

The second day was all about soaking in the beauty of Vattavada. We kicked things off with a fun off-road jeep ride, which was a big hit. We then visited a strawberry farm and later headed to Chilanthiyar Falls, tucked away inside a dense forest—definitely one of the highlights of the trip. We also went on a relaxed nature walk and explored the nearby Vattavada village, enjoying the calm and charm of the place.

In the evening, we gathered for our team meeting, where we talked about the key highlights of 2025, discussed challenges, and reflected on how the team stepped up during important moments. It was a great opportunity to appreciate everyone for the effort and commitment they’ve shown throughout the year.

The night ended on a happy note as we celebrated team members who completed 15 and 10 years with Awsm Innovations. Gifts and certificates were shared, followed by cake cutting and lots of smiles. It was a proud and emotional moment for all of us.

On the third day, we headed back to Ernakulam, making a few scenic stops along the way at Top Station, Echo Point, and Cheeyappara Waterfalls. A perfect way to wrap up a memorable trip.

This meetup was all about reconnecting, relaxing, and celebrating the people behind our work. We returned with refreshed minds, great memories, and even stronger team vibes.
