At our recent meetup, we reached a milestone by officially documenting our longstanding policies in the form of a team pledge. Our team should know that they can depend on us at all times and a newbie should get a clear idea as to what they are entitled to. The moment a new person joins Awsm, they join a family, not just a new company.
Awsm Innovations is special in the absence of 2 departments – Marketing & HR. Our clients are happy with our work quality and most of our clients have been with us from our early days. They also recommend new clients for us. Also we see our employees as family and not as resources to be managed. Their happiness is what matters most, and thus, we have a Happiness Department.
Our team is our treasure and they deserve the best. We are fully aware of the fact that they have various options elsewhere and thus it’s our responsibility to provide them with the best deal. We are second to none when it comes to employee benefits.
