WP Job Openings was built by our team, distributed freely, and adopted by thousands of companies worldwide to manage their hiring. That gave us something most agencies never have: deep, sustained understanding of how hiring actually works at scale — what HR teams need, where candidate management breaks down, and where generic tools fall short.
When QAFAC — one of Qatar's largest petrochemical companies — needed an ATS that could handle their full hiring workflow and integrate with their SAP infrastructure, they didn't need us to learn the domain. We'd already built the product they needed.
