Overview

Nshama Connect is a full property management ecosystem — iOS app, Android app, and web portal — built for Nshama, one of Dubai’s most active residential developers. The platform gives thousands of community residents a single place to manage every aspect of their property life: service requests, payments, documents, and communication with management. Integrated with Salesforce and maintained by Awsm through an ongoing AMC partnership, Nshama Connect is a flagship example of long-term product ownership in the UAE PropTech space.

The Client

Nshama is one of Dubai’s most active residential developers — the force behind Town Square Dubai, a large-scale integrated lifestyle community offering apartments, townhouses, retail, parks, and community facilities. With thousands of residents across multiple phases of development, Nshama needed a digital platform that could match the scale and ambition of the community they were building.

The Challenge

Managing a large residential community digitally is far more complex than it appears. Residents need to submit service requests, track maintenance, make payments, access documents, and communicate with management — all from their phone. The development team needs visibility across multiple property phases. The operations team needs to manage everything in one place.

Off-the-shelf property management software couldn’t match the specific workflows, branding, and scale of Nshama’s community. A purpose-built platform was the only answer.

What we build

iOS App

A native-quality hybrid iOS app for Nshama property owners and residents. Clean, fast, and built around the daily touchpoints a resident has with their community — from submitting a maintenance request to paying a service charge.

Android App

The same full-featured experience on Android — a single React Native codebase delivering native-like performance across both platforms.

Web Portal

A responsive web portal giving residents access to their full account and community features from any browser — ensuring no user is left behind regardless of their device preference.

Community Features

The platform covers the full scope of community management:

  • Service requests : residents submit, track, and close maintenance and community service requests
  • Payments : service charge payments and transaction history
  • Document management : access to property documents, contracts, and handover certificates
  • Announcements : community updates, notices, and event information pushed to residents
  • Communication : direct messaging with property management teams

Salesforce CRM Integration

The platform integrates with Salesforce — Nshama’s CRM backbone — keeping resident data, unit information, and service request workflows in sync between the app and the backend operations team. This integration ensures the digital experience for residents reflects real-time operational data.

Backend & Admin Systems

A comprehensive admin interface for Nshama’s operations team — managing units, residents, service requests, payments, and communications across all phases of the development.

The Partnership

Nshama Connect is not a completed project — it’s an ongoing relationship. Awsm maintains the platform, releases new features, and evolves the product as Nshama’s community grows and new phases of development come online. This is the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) model that defines our best client relationships: we build it, we own it, we keep making it better.

The Nshama website was also originally designed and developed by Awsm.
