Bookar is a modern garage management platform designed to help automotive workshops streamline operations, improve customer experience, and grow their businesses across the UK, USA, and Ireland. What started as a website project became a long-term product engineering partnership — the kind of engagement that defines what Awsm does best.

Phase 1: Garage Websites (2020)

The project began with a simple brief: design and build websites for garages using WordPress. Through this work, we gained deep understanding of the automotive service industry, customer journeys, booking workflows, and the operational challenges workshop owners face daily.

Phase 2: Product Discovery

As the relationship deepened, the vision expanded. We collaborated with Bookar to define a complete garage operating platform. One that would unify customer management, workshop operations, booking, marketing, and digital experience in a single product.

Phase 3: SaaS Product Development

We designed and built the entire platform from scratch. A multi-tenant SaaS product now serving garages across three countries.
